Many restaurants in St. J feature Vermont's favorite ingredient 365 days a year. But, during the Kingdom Maple Festival's Maple Menu Takeover, we've challenged our local restaurants to take it up a notch and highlight locally-produced maple syrup on their menus all weekend long.

On July 11, 2024--one year to the day after last year's devastating flooding--communities around Vermont were impacted once again. In St. Johnsbury, massive flooding on Memorial Drive, Concord Avenue, and elsewhere have caused tremendous damage. Now, one week later, residents and businesses are still working to clean up, muck out, and rebuild their lives. Discover St. Johnsbury is working with the Town of St. Johnsbury, Kingdom United Resilience & Recovery Effort (KURRVE), NEK Organizing, the NEK Chamber of Commerce, and dozens of other partners to respond to the needs of our community members and businesses in the Northeast Kingdom.
