Discover St. Johnsbury is the community's tool for attracting visitors, supporting local businesses, helping attract new businesses & residents, and creating a fun & inclusive atmosphere for all. We are the only organization focused solely on marketing, promoting, and developing the economy of St. Johnsbury through our mission to stimulate the vitality of our cultural, commercial, and community resources.
Our organization receives partial funding from the Town of St. Johnsbury. That funding is used for operating expenses, like staff time, utilities, supplies, insurance, and operation of the Welcome Center. We also seek grant funds for special projects.
Your support is also needed to make our work possible. Your financial contributions make a difference in allowing us to fulfill our mission through the programs and services we offer, including producing community events, improving our downtown's appearance and infrastructure, marketing and promoting St. Johnsbury, and provide business support services and programs. Sponsorships from the local business community are a vital part of our organizational budget, serving as our primary tool for event sponsorship and program support. Charitable donations from businesses or individuals are also gratefully accepted to support the work of our 501c3 nonprofit organization.
