Northeastern Vermont Development Association (NVDA)NVDA, located on Eastern Avenue in downtown St. Johnsbury, is both the Regional Economic Development Corporation and the Regional Planning Commission for the Northeast Kingdom. NVDA is dedicated to helping businesses succeed and provides assistance with site selection and financing, as well as information on a host of grant and incentive programs available to businesses.
St. Johnsbury-Lyndon Industrial ParkThe St. Johnsbury-Lyndon Industrial Park is located just off Interstate 91 and provides spaces to lease and lots on which to build to suit the particular needs of your business. Join a community of businesses such as UPS, the Charles E. Carter Business Resource Center, and a 24-7 child care facility. The Charles E. Carter Business Resource Center contains warehouse and manufacturing space, and hosts a variety of small and start-up businesses that co-exist within the 16,000 sq. ft. facility. The building also contains four office suites and two conference rooms.
