St. J Final Fridays

Partners Discover St. Johnsbury, the Town of St. Johnsbury, and Catamount Film & Arts present St. J Final Fridays, bringing a free street fair to the downtown on the last Friday evening of each summer month.

*Thanks to Presenting Sponsor Little Dippers Doodle Children's Center, complimentary meal passes will be distributed by NEKCA and the St. Johnsbury Community HUB at their street fair booth, to be redeemed at street fair food vendors. Please note that passes are limited, and are designed to reduce barriers to event participation. Meet us at the intersection of outdoor recreation & creativity with our June event theme 'Rhythm & Ride'. Bike, boogie, and be part of the fun!

Bike There! & Bicycle Valet by Ticket2Ride
Ditch your car and enjoy front-row parking at the event with Ticket2Ride's free Bike Valet service. Enjoy supervised bike parking in front of the Welcome Center, and be entered into a raffle for prizes!

Make a Bespoke Spoke Card with St. J Artist Cloe Ashton
All bikes are beautiful! Make your own custom 'spoke cards' to decorate your bike.

Ditch Those Training Wheels! Learn to Ride with Ticket2Ride
Let a seasoned bike instructor work her magic with your kiddo, building confidence and skills for the youngest pedalers. Kids bikes and helmets provided, or bring your own.


Live Music by Jason Bergman & Colin McCaffrey
Jason Bergman is a local music teacher and mentor of St. Johnsbury's EPIC Music program, and an amazing bluegrass fiddler in his own right. He's joined by Colin McCaffrey, bluegrass and folk musician and producer with an extensive performance history in Vermont.

Spin Art Bike with St. J Rec Department
Create colorful spin art with a bike! Plus, pick up decorations to prepare for the Community Bike Parade taking place during the St. J Celebrates America's 250th Birthday event on July 4.

Learn about Vermont Rail Trails with VTrans
Vermont Agency of Transportation will host a booth with giveaways and information about the LVRT and the Rail Trails Ambassador Program.

Gravel Ride with NEK Gravel
Meet at the Welcome Center at 4:45pm for group gravel ride on a moderately challenging route through St. Johnsbury and Passumpsic during the event.

Community Mileage Challenge with Northern Counties Healthcare
Log miles to see if our community can collectively bike Lamoille Valley Rail Trail during the event! Plus, make affirmation bracelet and enjoy giveaways.

See your 'Rhythm' with Blue Spruce Health
Check your pulse while moving, and draw it on our 'Community Heartbeat'.
 7pm, Levitt AMP St. Johnsbury Music Series ~ Brass Queens
Catamount Arts brings the  LevittAMP St. Johnsbury Music Series to downtown St. Johnsbury. 
On June 26, the series kicks off with the all-female NY-based band Brass Queens. Equal parts Big Easy and Big Apple, the Brass Queens is a party of jazz-inflected pop covers, reggaeton, and Frenchman Street classics, bound to get the whole downtown jumping.

Catamount Arts brings the LevittAMP St. Johnsbury Music Series to downtown St. Johnsbury. Kyshona blends roots, rock, R&B, and folk with lyrical prowess to uplift the marginalized and bring awareness to the masses.​

Catamount Arts brings the LevittAMP St. Johnsbury Music Series to downtown St. Johnsbury. Kalamazoo-based Jon Hayes' soulful tones and a storytelling ability will remind you of John Mayer. He and The Company bring connection, beauty, honesty, and truth to the stage.
